What if my Shell
Refillable Card is lost, stolen or destroyed?
» For security reasons, you should treat your card like cash and safeguard it at all times. Except in certain circumstances, the value on the card will not be replaced. If your card is lost or stolen, call the Help Desk at (800) 300-8113 as soon as possible for more information. You may be asked to provide certain information, including a receipt.
When will my card(s) ship?
» Your order will be processed and shipped within 48-72
hours upon receipt of payment. Shipping/deliveries are not available on
holidays or weekends.
Can I ship my card(s) to an
address different from my billing address?
» For your security, your order must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card you are providing.
